The Jim Blurton clip cutters or clip nipper allows effosrtlesscutting of clips recess, ergonomically designed with a gauge plate to eliminate any over cuts.

Comes in two sizes; race track (12") or regular (14").

This cutting tool can be usedone-handed on difficult young horses, the clip nipper is a registered designed tool hand forged from h13steel and hand finished.
